TWO SIDE

2023
Media Art
Interactive Installation
Concept:
To express the duality of things, I use fruits or plants as interactive elements that visualize human interaction through projected imagery. Each interaction produces either a positive or negative response. For example, two bananas are used:With the first banana, a gentle press triggers positive visuals, increasing brightness and raising the pitch slightly, while a stronger press triggers negative imagery and increases the volume. The second banana is set to respond in the opposite way, emphasizing contrast in interaction and emotional output. This setup explores how subtle differences in physical input can result in emotionally opposite outcomes, highlighting the fragile balance between light and dark in our everyday interactions.

About  Works

Exploring ideas and images that can exist only within media art. By assigning improper functions, dismantling original significations, and blending form with content, my work exposes the symbolic systems in which we operate.
